Welcome to Debt Tracker Master! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and services. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Debt Tracker Master, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Use of Our App

Permitted Use: Debt Tracker Master is intended for personal, non-commercial use to help you manage and track your debts. You may use the app to:

• Track multiple debts and loans
• Calculate interest and payment schedules
• Monitor your debt repayment progress
• Set payment reminders and notifications
• Access financial education resources

Prohibited Use: You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the app to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Use automated systems or bots to access the app
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app

User Account and Data

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of the financial information you enter into the app
• Maintaining the security of your device and app data
• All activities that occur under your account
• Keeping your app updated to the latest version

Data Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate calculations, you should verify all financial information and consult with financial professionals for important decisions. We are not responsible for errors in data you input or financial decisions you make based on app calculations.

Premium Subscription

Subscription Plans: We offer premium subscription plans with enhanced features:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly, auto-renews unless canceled
• Annual Subscription: Billed annually, auto-renews unless canceled
• Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for permanent access

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's App Store settings.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent renewals. We will notify you of price changes in advance.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until then.

Refund Policy:

• Subscriptions: Generally non-refundable after purchase
• Exceptions: Refunds may be granted at our discretion for technical issues or billing errors
• App Store Refunds: Contact Apple App Store or Google Play Store for refund requests, as they process all payments

Intellectual Property

Our Rights: All content, features, and functionality of Debt Tracker Master, including but not limited to:

• Software code and algorithms
• User interface and design
• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Trademarks and service marks
• Educational content and resources

are owned by Bear Apps or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimers

Financial Advice: Debt Tracker Master is a tool for tracking and managing debt information. It does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

"As Is" Basis: The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Calculation Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in our calculations, we do not guarantee that all calculations will be error-free or suitable for your specific situation. Always verify important financial calculations independently.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bear Apps and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app
• Damages resulting from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the app
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
• Financial losses resulting from decisions made based on app calculations

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bear Apps, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the app
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the app
• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• Sending an in-app notification for significant changes

Your continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the app and cancel any active subscriptions.

Termination

By You: You may stop using the app at any time. To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions in your App Store settings.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the app or our services
• Non-payment of subscription fees

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. You may lose access to your data unless you have exported it beforehand.

Governing Law and Disputes

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state where Bear Apps is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first to attempt to resolve the dispute informally
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, we agree to participate in mediation
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

International Users

If you are accessing the app from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. By using the app, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bear Apps regarding the app.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Third-Party Services: The app may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.
